        Dorothy has been with Beasley, Mitchell & Co. for over four years.  Her duties include the handling of Human Resources.  She is a fourth generation native of Las Cruces with a strong sense of customer service.  She attributes this skill to over 30 years of diverse public interaction in the medical field, funeral service and financial arena.

     Dorothy assists our clients by conducting Human Resources seminars, motivating office. staff to maintain a positive work environment and improving client relations.  She is a member of the Association for Accounting Administration and recently participated in a week-long seminar in Denver attending presentations on Managing Diversity in Your Teams, What Makes a Next Generation Fim and How To Navigate Change.
